摘 要:目的观察ATP生物荧光法快速检测环境物体表面清洁消毒效果的应用效果。方法用ATP荧光仪和荧光素酶对部分医疗物品表面清洁消毒效果进行了检测和评价,并与细菌培养法相比较。结果经使用生物荧光法对医疗机构环境物体表面检测150份,合格63份,合格率50.40%,检测结果与细菌培养法具有一致性。结论 ATP生物荧光法应用于医院环境物体表面清洁消毒效果的快速评价,具有实际使用价值。Objective To observe the application effect of AT P bioluminescence method to quickly detect the surface cleaning and disinfection of environmental objects.Methods The surface cleaning and disinfection of some medical articles were tested and evaluated by AT P fluorescence and luciferase,and compared with the bacterial culture method.Results 150 samples of environmental objects in medical institutions were detected by ATP bioluminescence method,63 samples were qualified,and the qualified rate was 50.40%.The detection results were consistent with the bacterial culture method.Conclusion ATP biofluorescence assay is applied to the rapid evaluation of the clean and disinfection effect of the surface of environmental object in hospital,and has practical application value.
