摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对PICC置管患者导管维护依从性及并发症的影响。方法 2015年8月至2017年7月,随机选取本院PICC置管患者68例作为研究对象,参照患者入院序号奇偶数按照1:1比例划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者34例,对照组开展常规护理工作,观察组在此基础上制定综合性护理干预方案,观察对比两组患者依从性和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者依从性为94.12%,明显高于对照组的73.53%,P<0.05;观察组患者并发症发生率为5.88%,明显低于对照组的23.52%,P<0.05。结论针对PICC置管患者,给予科学合理的护理干预措施尤为重要,可提高患者依从性,降低并发症发生率,值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance and complications of catheter maintenance in patients with PICC catheterization.Methods From August 2015 to July 2017,68 patients with PICC catheterization were selected as the subjects randomly,the number of odd even numbers of hospitalized patients was divided into the control group and the observation group according to the proportion of 1:1,with 34 cases in each group,in the control group,the routine nursing work was carried out,on the basis of this,the observation group developed a comprehensive nursing intervention program,the compliance and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The compliance of the patients in the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.53%),P<0.05;The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.52%),P<0.05.Conclusion For PICC patients,giving scientific and reasonable nursing interventions is particularly important,which can improve patient compliance and reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of further promotion.
