摘  要:以间位芳纶为原料,通过先预针刺再水刺的加固工艺,制备一种高强度、低损伤、高过滤精度的除尘滤料。研究不同预针刺深度、水刺压力、水刺速度对芳纶水刺滤料性能的影响,结果表明:随着预针刺深度的增加,芳纶水刺滤料的经纬向断裂强力均先增后降,但透气量及过滤效率的变化较小;水刺压力越高,芳纶水刺滤料的经纬向断裂强力和过滤效率越高,但透气量有所降低;降低水刺速度可以增加芳纶水刺滤料的经纬向断裂强力,但考虑到实际生产的综合成本,确定选取最佳水刺速度为5 m/min,这既能满足产品的性能要求,又不会影响生产效率。Using meta-aramid as raw materials, a dust extraction filter material with high strength, low damage and high filtering accuracy was prepared through the strengthening technology of first pre-acupuncturing and then spunlacing. The effect of the depth of pre-acupuncturing, the pressure and the speed of spunlacing on the properties of aramid spunlaced filter materials was investigated. The results showed that, with the increasing of the depth of pre-acupuncturing, the warp and weft strength of the aramid spunlaced filter materials first increased and then decreased, but the air permeability and the filtration efficiency changed little. The higher of the pressure of spunlacing, the higher of the warp and weft strength as well as the filtration efficiency of the aramid spunlaced filter materials, but the air permeability declined. The reduction of the speed of spunlacing could lead to the enhancement of the warp and weft strength, but in consideration of the comprehensive cost of production, it was determined that the best spunlacing speed was 5 m/min, which could not only meet the requirements of product s performance, but also would not affect the production efficiency.
