甲醇中胆固醇溶液标准物质的研制

摘　　要：【目的】研究甲醇中胆固醇溶液标准物质的制备方法。【方法】运用重量-容量法采用胆固醇纯度标准物质和甲醇制备甲醇中胆固醇溶液标准物质,采用配制值作为标准值,运用液相色谱法对研制的标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性检验和量值核验。【结果】研制的甲醇中胆固醇溶液标准物质具备很好的均匀性,分别贮存于4℃和60℃条件下7d内短期稳定性合格,在16个月内长期稳定性良好。【结论】研制的甲醇中胆固醇溶液标准物质符合国家二级标准物质的要求,标准值为200μg/mL(Urel=2%,k=2),可用于测量仪器的校准、测量过程质量控制及分析方法确认和评价。【Objective】The preparation method of reference material of cholesterol in methanol was studied.【Methods】Using method of gravimetric volumetric and materials of purity standard material of cholesterol and methanol,the reference material of cholesterol in methanol was prepared.The preparation concentration was used as the reference value.The content of cholesterol in methanol and the homogeneity and stability of the content of the reference material was determined by Liquid chromatography.【Results】Results showed that the concentration of cholesterol of the reference material exhibited good uniformity,and showed good stability after storage at 4℃and 60℃for 7 d,respectively,also had good long term stability in 16 months.【Conclusion】The cholesterol solution in methanol prepared in the study met the requirements of the national secondary certified reference material with the reference value of 200μg/mL(U rel=2%,k=2).It could be used for calibration of instrument,quality control of measurement,and confirmation and evaluation of analysis method.
