摘 要:为加强电流速断保护定值整定对系统运行方式改变、网络结构调整以及负荷变化的响应能力,研究并提出一种基于网络等值的自适应电流速断保护整定方法。该方法利用系统正常运行时配电自动化设备采集的系统等效电源、配电线路阻抗以及负荷功率信息,通过网络等值方法计算得到保护背侧的等效相电势以及等效阻抗,继而完成保护的自适应整定。该整定方法能够反应系统运行方式的改变,有效地提高了保护整定的可靠性。To strengthen the capability of instantaneous trip current protection to respond to the changes of system operation mode,the adjustment of network structure,and the variation of load,a setting method for adaptive instantaneous trip current protection is proposed based on network equivalence.By utilizing the information of system equivalent power supply,impendences of distribution lines,and load powers,which are collected by distribution automation equipment when the system is under normal operation,the equivalent phase potential and equivalent impedance of the powerside network can be calculated using the network equivalence method.In this way,the adaptive setting of protection is completed.This setting method can respond to the changes of system operation mode,which improves the reliability of protection setting effectively.
