摘 要:鼠笼异步风力发电机的散热能力是影响其可靠性的重要因素,需要深入研究电机的传热特性。以一台采用径向-轴向混合通风系统的4.25 MW鼠笼异步风力发电机为研究对象,建立电机铁心范围内半周期三维流体与传热耦合模型。根据电机全域流体场仿真结果及电机实际工作情况进行三维流体与传热耦合模型边界条件及参数的设定,进行电机传热特性数值模拟,求解出电机流体场及温度场。通过分析通风道流量分配及电机各部件温度分布,总结了电机内部传热规律,并验证了电机设计的合理性。The heat dissipation capacity of a squirrel cage asynchronous wind power generator is an important factor af.fecting its reliability,and the heat transfer characteristics of the motor need to be studied.Taking a 4.25 MW squirrel cage asynchronous wind power generator with a radial-axial hybrid ventilation system as the research object,a semi-pe.riodic three-dimensional fluid and heat transfer coupling model was established within the core region.The boundary conditions and parameters of the coupling model were set according to the simulation results of the whole fluid field and the actual working conditions of the motor.The fluid field and temperature field of the motor were solved by a numerical simulation on the heat transfer characteristics of the motor.The internal heat transfer law of the motor was summarized and the rationality of the motor design was verified by analyzing the ventilation flow distribution and the temperature dis.tribution of each part of the motor.
