摘 要:本文采用单因素实验和正交实验的方法,研究了在硫酸介质中精氨酸及复配对碳钢缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,精氨酸、碘化钾和抗坏血酸存在协同效应,属于混合型缓蚀剂,当精氨酸的浓度为40 mg/L、碘化钾的浓度为125 mg/L和抗坏血酸的浓度20 mg/L时缓蚀效果最佳,在此条件下平均缓蚀效率可达到97%左右。The corrosion inhibition effect of arginine and its compound corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in sulfuric acid medium was explored by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that there was a synergistic effect between arginine,potassium iodide and ascorbic acid,and they belong to a mixed corrosion inhibitor.When the concentration of arginine,potassium iodide and ascorbic acid was 40 mg/L,125 mg/L and 20 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition effect was the best and the average corrosion inhibition efficiency could reach about 97%.
