摘　　要：针对六价铬镀铬存在污染的问题,研发了一种硫酸铬为主盐、草酸盐为络合剂的三价铬装饰镀液。对60 L的镀液进行了工艺稳定性试验,对三价铬装饰镀层的性能和镀液性能进行了测试,讨论了三价铬装饰镀液的维护与补充的实践应用经验。结果表明,该镀液的覆盖能力,沉积速率,镀层的结合力和耐腐蚀性能等方面均可以达到六价铬镀铬的性能指标。For the hexavalent chromium pollution problems,a trivalent chromium decorative bath with chromium sulfate as main salt and oxalate as complexing agent was developed.Process stability test was carried out on the 60 L bath,properties of the obtained trivalent chromium decorative coating and the bath performance were tested,practical application experience of maintenance and replenish of trivalent chromium decorative plating bath was also discussed.The results showed that the plating capacity,depo?sition rate,adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating could reach the performance index of chromi?um plating with hexavalent chromium.
