摘　　要：目的探讨Nova血糖监测系统联合自我管理教育对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢指标及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予Nova血糖监测系统联合自我管理教育。比较两组患者干预前1 d、干预后2个月空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、生活质量(SF-36)以及低血糖事件发生情况。结果干预前1 d,两组患者糖代谢指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2个月,观察组患者FBG,2h PG,HbA1c指标水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前1 d,两组患者各项SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2个月,观察组患者各项SF-36评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者低血糖事件发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施Nova血糖监测系统联合自我管理教育,能明显改善其糖代谢指标水平,降低低血糖事件的发生率,提高生活质量,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of Nova blood glucose monitoring system combined with self-management education on glucose metabolism index and quality of life on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods To compared the status of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),quality of life(SF-36),and the incidence of hypoglycemia one day before intervention and 2months after intervention,80 cases of type 2 diabetes patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were observed,and divided onto study group and control group using random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing treatment,while the study group was given Nova blood glucose monitoring treatment combined with self-management education on this basis.Results There was no statistical significance in the difference of the glucose metabolism index between the two groups one day before the intervention(P>0.05),while,two months after intervention,the levels of FBG,2hPG,and HbA1c of the study group were apparently lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).One day before intervention there was no statistical significance in the difference of the scores of SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05),while 2 months after intervention the scores of SF-36 of the study group were generally higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,after intervention the incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was evidently lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Nova blood glucose monitoring system combined with self-management education on type 2 diabetes patients could helpfully improve the level of glucose metabolism,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and improve the quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
