摘　　要：目的充分发挥公立医院护理工作示范引领作用,探讨护理帮扶对民营医院护理质量提升的效果。方法结合理论培训、现场督导、工作交流等综合方式,对点帮扶提升民营医院护理质量。结果帮扶后急救技能操作合格情况、门诊患者满意度、住院患者满意度均高于帮扶前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公立医院帮扶民营医院护理质量提升的方法可行、成效显著,亦有助于推动受援医院护理学科整体协调发展。Objective To fully employed and demonstrated the leading role of public hospital in nursing work,and investigated the effect of nursing assistance on the improvement of nursing quality in private hotel.Methods To helped and improved the nursing quality in private hospital by means of theoretical training,on-site supervision,work exchange and etc.Results After the assistance,the first-aid skill operation qualification,outpatient satisfaction,and hospitalization patient satisfaction were higher than before the assistance,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing assistance from public hospital on the improvement of nursing quality of the private hospital was feasible and effective,which could also promote the overall coordinated development of nursing disciplines for the subjected hospital.
