探讨人工流产术后放置宫内节育环的时机与效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术后放置宫内节育环的时机,分析其效果。方法选择我院就诊的拟行无痛人工流产术后放置宫内节育环的66例患者,按就诊顺序随机分为研究组(Y组,33例)和对照组(D组,33例)。Y组患者无痛人工流产术后首次月经结束放置宫内节育环,D组患者无痛人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育环。观察两种放置宫内节育环时机下的效果与不良反应发生率情况。结果 Y组患者效果明显优于D组患者,而D组患者位置下移、节育环脱落、月经周期变化、下腹坠痛的发生率明显高于Y组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产术后首次月经结束放置宫内节育环,具有安全有效、不良反应发生率少等优势,是相对最佳时机。Objective To investigate the timing of placement of intrauterine device after artificial abortion and analyze its effect.Methods 66 patients with intrauterine intrauterine ring after painless abortion were selected and divided into study group(group Y,33 cases)and control group(group D,33 cases).Patients in group Y were placed intrauterine device after the first menstrual period after painless induced abortion.Patients in group D was immediately placed intrauterine device after painless induced abortion.To observe the effect of two kinds of placement of intrauterine device and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The effect of patients in group Y was obviously better than that in group D,and the incidence of position down,birth ring,menstrual cycle and lower abdominal pain in group D was significantly higher than that in group Y(P<0.05).Conclusion The placement of intrauterine device after the first menstrual period after painless induced abortion is safe and effective,and the incidence of adverse reactions is less.
