摘　　要：吴朗西一生中短暂的从教经历是在泉州平民中学留下的。他的教育方法、他对学生的关怀,以及他对黎明职业大学的慷慨捐赠,为福建省地方教育事业发展作出积极贡献,留下珍贵财富。吴朗西参与筹建和创办福建首个官办出版社"改进出版社"。吴朗西为出版社的良好开局、为出版物效益的发挥,作出卓越贡献。吴朗西对泉州、福建文化教育事业、文化出版事业的贡献值得铭记和深入研究。Holding a short-term teaching post in Quanzhou Pingmin Middle School,Wu Langxi’s education methods,his care for students,and his generous donation to Liming Vocational University made positive contributions to the development of education in Fujian,leaving priceless values.Having participated in the preparation and founding of Fujian’s first official press“Gaijin Publishing House”,he made outstanding contributions to the opening of the press and the beneficial influences of its publications.Wu Langxi’s contributions to Quanzhou,and even Fujian’s cultural and educational undertakings and culture publishing industry are worth remembering and researching.
