摘　　要：近代城市传统滨水商业区的水患和产业转型是困扰都市更新的关键问题。通过分析澳门内港片区现状问题及其产生原因,以及回顾和借鉴境外防洪经验,提出构建滨水绿色基础设施的规划目标。进一步利用澳门海域管辖权及轻轨建设的契机,以功能湿地技术生态手段为主,结合市民服务、文化再生,解决内港片区的防洪防涝、产业转移、文化延续、城市景观规划、用地综合使用等城市更新问题,为传统城市滨水地区的复兴构建一种软质生态填海发展模式。The flood disaster and industrial transformation of traditional waterfront commercial districts in modern cities are the key problems troubling the urban revitalization.By analyzing the actual situations and the causes,and reviewing the flood control experience of foreign countries,the waterfront green infrastructure is proposed as the main objective of planning.To grasp the implementation of the jurisdiction of Macao's sea area and the opportunities of the light rail transit construction,an ecological reclamation technology,the functional wetland planning,was employed to solve the urban revitalization issues on flood controls,industrial transformation,cultural continuation,urban landscape planning,and comprehensive land-use,combined with public services,and cultural regeneration.It provides a new perspective and soft-reclaiming development way to create an ecological urban waterfront.
