摘  要:设计一种基于Pillbox结构的W波段电扫描微带反射阵天线,它由加载在双平行板(pillbox)内部的角锥喇叭馈源和微带阵列天线构成。采用1×2缝隙耦合微带作为反射阵元,利用HFSS软件集总RLC边界条件设置等效电路模型,实现了加载PIN二极管的微带阵元建模。通过切换PIN二极管的偏置状态,在94GHz频率处实现了1bit数字移相。整阵仿真结果表明,设计的Pillbox反射阵天线在92GHz^96GHz频段内,可实现±40°一维扇形波束电扫描,扫描状态下全频段反射驻波比小于1.8。A W-band electronically beam scanning microstrip reflectarray antenna based on pillbox structure is designed,which is composed of a pyramidal horn feed and a microstrip array antenna loaded inside two parallel plates(pillbox).1×2 slot-coupled microstrips are adopted as reflectarray element,an equivalent circuit model is set up using the lumped RLC boundary condition in the HFSS software,and the modeling of the microstrip element loaded with PIN diodes is implemented.By switching the bias state of the PIN diode,1-bit digital phase shift is achieved at 94 GHz.Simulation results of the array show that the designed pillbox reflectarray antenna can achieve±40°one-dimensional sector beam scanning in the frequency band of 92GHz to 96GHz,and the reflected VSWR under scanning state is less than 1.8 in the entire frequency band.
