PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间、骨粗隆下骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间、股骨粗隆下骨折的临床疗效。方法选择108例2014年1月~2015年12月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折、股骨粗隆下骨折患者,根据随机数表法将其平均分为研究组与对照组,各54例。对照组与研究组患者分别应用动力髋螺钉(DHS)与防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗。结果研究组术中出血量与手术时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗的总有效率对比差异无统计学意义。研究组术后并发症发生率为1.85%,低于对照组的14.81%(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间、骨粗隆下骨折疗效肯定,具有术中出血量低、手术时间短等优势,且术后并发症少,适于临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture and subtrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods 108 patients of intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanteric fracture in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Dec.2015 were selected and divided into study group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases)by random number table.Patients in study group were treated with PENA,and patients in control group were treated with DHS.Results Operation time and bleeding volume were lower in study group than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of total effective rate between the two groups.The complication rate in study group was 1.85%,significantly lower than 14.81%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effect observation of PFNA in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanteric fracture is accurate.PFNAcan reduce the amount of bleeding and complication rate,shorten operation time.It's worth clinical promotion.
