普米克令舒加万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探究普米克令舒加万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的作用分析。方法选取2016年1月~2017年5月本院儿科收治的小儿哮喘急性发作患儿110例,将研究患儿采用随机数字法分为对照组、观察组,各55例。对照组患儿接受万托林雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿接受普米克令舒+万托林雾化吸入治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床效果及预后。结果观察组55例患儿总有效率优于对照组(c2=7.776,P<0.05)。结论临床中对小儿哮喘急性发作采用普米克令舒+万托林雾化吸入治疗具有显著效果,可有效改善患儿临床症状,值得推广。Objective To explore and analyze the effects of pulmicort respules and ventolin inhalation in treatment of children with acute attack of asthma.Methods 110 cases of children with acute asthma and who accepted treatments in our hospital of Department of Paediatrics from January,2016 to May,2017 were selected,and the children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Ventolin inhalation therapy,while the observation group were treated with pulmicort and ventolin inhalation therapy.Then,the clinical effect and prognosis of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The total efficiency of 55 cases of children in the observation group were better than that of control group(c2=7.776,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical of pulmicort respules and ventolin inhalation in treatment of children with acute attack of asthma which have significant effect,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,thus it is worthy to be promoted.
