探讨培菲康联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析新生儿黄疸应用培菲康联合蓝光照射治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月期间本院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿102例,按照数字随机表法平均分成对照组和研究组,对照组患儿采用蓝光照射治疗;研究组患儿采用培菲康联合蓝光照射治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、血清胆红素水平、黄疸消失时间和住院时间。结果研究组患儿和对照组患者治疗的有效率分别为94.12%和80.39%,研究组患儿治疗的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血清胆红素水平无差异,治疗后均有所下降,研究组患儿的血清胆红素水平下降程度更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的黄疸消失时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用培菲康联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸,效果非常理想,能够改善血清胆红素水平,缩短黄疸消失时间和患儿住院时间,值得进行推广和使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of Peifu Kang combined with blue light in neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 102 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the digital random table method.The control group was treated with blue light.In the study group,Using Peifu Kang combined with blue light irradiation treatment,the treatment effect of two groups of patients,serum bilirubin level,jaundice disappear time and hospital stay.Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.12%and 80.39%respectively.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum bilirubin.After treatment,the level of serum bilirubin decreased more significantly in study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of jaundice,hospitalization The time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Peifukang combined with blue light irradiation treatment of neonatal jaundice,the effect is very satisfactory,can improve serum bilirubin level,shorten the disappearance of jaundice and hospitalization of children,it is worth to promote and use.
