摘　　要：分析了H管中通气管芯子的行程,利用立管芯子的空间,介绍了一种采用油缸传动T型块的斜抽机构。采用该方法设计的H管可以一次成型,产品成型更可靠,不需要再用2个产品粘合焊接或粘合,减少了人工成本,生产效率提高60%以上。The stroke of the core of H center vent tube was analyzed.An inclined core-pulling mechanism of T block adopting hydrocylinder driving was introduced by using the riser core space.The H tube could be formed one time using this method.The products are more reliable and don't need to be welded or bonded with another.The labor costs are reduced and the production efficiency is improved more than 60%.
