摘　　要：为有效打击生猪注水行为,濮阳市动物卫生监督所于2017年3月开展了为期4个月的注水猪肉专项整治活动。本文总结了濮阳市在活动期间探索实施的强化企业视频监控、推进部门区域联动、加大水分抽检力度,强化"两法"衔接等系列举措,分析了当前存在的水分标准偏高,部门间协作不畅,企业视频监控落实难等治理难点,提出了健全相关法规标准,修订水分标准,建立沟通联动机制等建议,以期为遏制注水肉违法行为,完善监管机制提供参考。In order to effectively crack down illegal acts of making water-injected pork,a 4-month special campaign was carried out by Puyang Animal Health Supervision Institution since March 2017.In this paper,a series of adopted measures were summarized,such as strengthening video surveillance for enterprises,promoting linkage between different departments and regions,strengthening check of moisture content,as well as intensifying the linkage of law enforcement and justice system.Then the difficulties existing in the campaign were analyzed,such as the moisture standard was slightly higher,the coordination between different departments was not enough,and the implementation of video surveillance in enterprises was difficult.For the purpose of offering reference for stopping the illegal acts and improving the supervision mechanism,some suggestions were put forward,including improving relevant laws and standards,revising standards of water content in pork,as well as establishing a communication and linkage mechanism.
