摘 要:会泽某矿山目前采用膏体充填采矿法,采场矿石主要通过溜井、矿石转运中段、竖井提升系统运输至地表。受限于采矿工艺、地质条件等多方面因素,之前采用的多为斜、短的溜井,由于矿山已进入深部开采,若按前期溜井相关参数施工溜井则存在施工效率低、施工安全风险高等问题。在此背景下,结合国内外先进装备和工艺,开展高深直溜井技术探讨研究,并成功应用至生产实际中。本文着重对高深直溜井的可行性、关键参数设计、堵塞原因进行分析,提出解决途径及预防措施。At present,paste filling mining method is used in a certain mine in Huize.The stope ore is mainly transported to the surface through the pass well,the middle section of ore transfer and the shaft hoisting system.Restricted by many factors,such as mining technology,geological conditions and other factors,most of the previous use of slanting,short slide wells,because the mine has entered deep mining,if according to the relevant parameters of the previous slide wells,there is a low construction efficiency.The construction safety risk is high and so on.Under this background,combined with advanced equipment and technology at home and abroad,the research on the technology of high depth straight pass is carried out,and it is successfully applied to production practice.In this paper,the feasibility,design of key parameters and causes of blockage are analyzed,and the solutions and preventive measures are put forward.
