摘　　要：按照《国务院关于进一步加强企业安全生产工作的通知》的要求,根据同忻矿的井下实际情况和构造特点进行选址,在井下一盘区辅运巷与皮带巷间的五联巷设计施工1个100人的带地面钻孔的永久避难硐室,永久避难硐室涵盖了防火密闭系统、气幕喷淋系统、监测监控系统、等几大系统,为同忻矿井下人员安全生产提供了有力的保障。Under the state council on further strengthening enterprise safety in production work notice requirements,according to the actual condition and underground structure with Xin ore characteristics in site selection,a panel in the shaft between the immovable auxiliary transport lane and belt lane lane design and construction of 1,100 people with ground drilling permanent asylum cavern,permanent asylum cavern covers fire containment systems,air curtain spray system,monitoring system,system,etc.And for the same Xin underground personnel of production safety to provide a strong guarantee.
