摘  要:TiNi形状记忆合金因为具有独特的形状记忆效应或超弹性,在生物医用领域得到应用。但是含有的镍可能造成过敏反应和医用金属的生物惰性受到医学和材料学者的关注。羟基磷灰石因为具有优良的生物相容性而广泛用于涂层材料。表面改性是改善TiNi合金基体的生物相容性的有效途径之一。本文介绍并讨论医用TiNi合金的表面改性方法及形成的特殊功能层与基体表层低镍化、耐蚀性、抗菌性、耐磨性和磷灰石诱导形成能力间的关系。TiNi shape memory alloy has been applied in biomedical field because of its unique shape memory effect or super elasticity.However,nickel,which may cause allergic reactions and inertness of medical metals,has attracted the attention of medical and material researchers.Hydroxyapatite is widely used in coating materials because of its excellent biocompatibility.Surface modification is one of the effective ways to improve the biocompatibility of TiNi alloy substrate.This paper introduces and discusses the surface modification methods of medical TiNi alloy and the relationship between the special functional layer formed and the low nickel,corrosion resistance,antiseptic,wear resistance and apatite induced formation ability of the matrix surface.
