摘　　要：本文是以轿车遮阳伞金属支架为加工对象,选择了支架的毛坯后,确定零件的加工方案,合理选择机床、夹具、刀具、切削液及切削用量,对支架进行初步工艺分析。In this paper,the metal bracket of car sunshade is used as the processing object.After selecting the blank of the stent,we determine the process of the part,the rational selection of the machine tool,the clamp,the cutter,the cutting fluid and the cut,and the preliminary process analysis of the supports.
