湿热型老年性阴道炎治疗中三金片联合复方甲硝唑栓的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究湿热型老年性阴道炎治疗中三金片联合复方甲硝唑栓的应用效果。方法对照组选用复方甲硝唑栓治疗,研究组选用三金片联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗;比较两组湿热型老年性阴道炎患者治疗后总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果两组湿热型老年性阴道炎患者治疗后不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论湿热型老年性阴道炎治疗中三金片联合复方甲硝唑栓的应用效果显著,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得推广运用。Objective To study the application effect of Sanjin tablets combined with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories in the treatment of damp heat senile vaginitis.Methods The control group was treated with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories,and the study group was treated with three gold tablets combined with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories,and the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups of damp heat senile vaginitis.Results There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients with damp heat type of senile vaginitis(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of three gold tablets combined with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories in the treatment of damp heat type of senile vaginitis is remarkable,and the incidence of adverse reaction is low and the safety is high.It is worth popularizing.
