一次性吸痰管用于慢性盆腔炎患者中药保留灌肠的效果评价

摘　　要：目的研究分析一次性吸痰管用于慢性盆腔炎患者中药保留灌肠的效果评价。方法选择我院妇科2017年5月~2018年1月期间收治的68例慢性盆腔炎患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为实验组(34例)和对照组(34例)。实验组采用12号一次性吸痰管连接50m L一次性注射器进行中药保留灌肠,对照组按照常规进行传统的中药保留灌肠,然后观察两组患者采用不同方法灌肠后的治疗效果。结果试验组患者药液在肠腔内保留时间在6h以上的有88.24%(30/34),治愈率为97.06%(30/34),患者舒适度高,两组进行对比分析实验组明显高于对照组。结论慢性盆腔炎采用12号一次性吸痰管中药保留灌肠进行治疗,药液在肠腔保留时间长,治疗效果明显高于传统灌肠方法,大大提高了临床治愈率,且非常易于操作,工作效率高,患者舒适度高。值得临床进行大力推广。Objective to evaluate the effect of disposable sputum suction tube for retention enema in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 68 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study,randomly divided into experimental group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).Experimental group using 12 disposable sputum suction tube connection 50 ml of disposable syringe in traditional Chinese medicine retain enema,the control shall be carried out in accordance with the conventional traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,and then looked at two groups of patients with different methods after enema treatment effect.Results 88.24%(30/34)of the patients in the experimental group were retained in the intestinal cavity,with a cure rate of 97.06%(30/34),and the patients had a high degree of comfort,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease using 12 disposable sputum suction tube Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,solution in retention time is long,lumen treatment effect is significantly higher than the traditional enema method,greatly improving the clinical cure rate,and very easy to operate,high efficiency,high patient comfort.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
