摘　　要：日间手术模式在国内外快速发展。麻醉术前门诊和术前评估是妥善衔接日间手术的术前和术中的重要环节,有助于优化患者合并疾病,改善患者围术期转归,降低手术当日取消发生率等。日间手术的麻醉术前评估应何时、何地、由谁(When,Where,Who)进行评估正在逐渐发生演变,美国等西方发达国家,麻醉术前评估正在逐步向更加节约人力和物资成本,更加方便患者就医的模式进行转变。整合患者既往就诊记录的一体化电子病历系统有助于完善麻醉术前评估流程,减少麻醉医生手术当日评估的工作量,降低手术当日取消发生率。The ambulatory surgery mode has developed rapidly in China and foreign counties.Preoperative anesthesia outpatient and preoperative assessment are important factors for properly linking the preoperative and intraoperative steps of ambulatory surgery,helping to optimize patient complications,improve patient perioperative outcomes,and reduce the incidence of cancellations on the day of surgery.During the anesthesia preoperative assessment of ambulatory surgery,key factors are gradually evolving,such as when,where,and who should perform the assessment.In the western developed countries including the United States,preoperative anesthesia assessment is gradually transferred to save manpower and material costs and make it easier for patients to seek medical treatment.The integrated electronic medical record system that integrates the patient's previous visit records helps to improve the anesthesia preoperative assessment process,reduce the workload of anesthesiologists on the day of surgery,and reduce the cancellation rate on the day of surgery.
