摘　　要：当前,日间手术管理模式得到了迅速发展,但对医院管理也提出了挑战,必须寻求新兴的技术以及创新的理论和方法提高日间手术管理水平。基于大数据的决策是信息技术应用于管理决策的新发展,为医疗业务模式创新带来新的机遇。借助大数据的理论和方法,重构日间手术管理决策流程,对日间手术的参与者行为进行研究,对床位管理进行科学规划分析,有助于提高日间手术管理水平。The ambulatory surgery has been developed rapidly as a new operation management mode.However,it poses a challenge on hospital management,and new technology and innovative theories and methods must be sought.The decision based on big data is the new development of information technology applied to management decision,which brings new opportunities for the innovation of medical business model.Therefore,with the aid of the theory and method of the large data,to refactor operation management decision-making process of ambulatory surgery,to study participant behavior,to analysis beds management,will help us to improve management standards of ambulatory surgery.
