摘　　要：以医院信息化建设为契机,实施日间化疗病房集中式、全信息化管理模式。该模式主要特点为集中化、规范化、流程化、信息化、精细化,可实现门诊接诊、病情评估、入院化疗、出院随访等环节无缝链接,为患者提供更便捷、更高效的医疗服务。Taking the information construction as the turning point,centrally and information management model in ambulatory chemotherapy ward was implemented.The main features of this model include centralized,standardized,streamline,informatization and refined.It can achieve the seamless link of the outpatient admissions,condition assessment,chemotherapy,and follow-up,which provides patients with a more convenient,more efficient medical services.
