摘　　要：目的采取措施避免发生各种风险和不安全事件,保证日间化疗患者的安全。方法建立护士准入考核制度、应急事件处理流程,进行患者分时段预约、医嘱的闭环管理、实施健康教育临床路径、目视管理项目的实践。结果患者对化疗中心的总体满意度为97.28%。结论日间化疗是诊疗模式的优化,是一种方便、快捷、安全的诊疗模式。流程优化和信息化的助力能促进日间化疗中心的高效、安全运行。但对患者的评价和健康教育仍需进一步改进。Objective To take positive measures to avoid all kinds of risks and unsafe events to ensure the safety of daytime chemotherapy patients. Methods To establish nurse permission system,emergency events disposing processing,time slot appointment,closed-loop management of medical advices,implement health education clinical pathway and visual management project. Results The general satisfaction of patients on chemotherapy center was 97.28%. Conclusion The daytime chemotherapy is the optimization of diagnosis and treatment mode,which is a more convenient,efficient and safety mode.Process optimization and informatization can promote the daytime chemotherapy center operating more efficient and safety.However,improvement still needs to be made on patient evaluation and health education.
