摘　　要：目的提高肺功能检查结果达标率。方法通过流程分析及数据统计,发现患者动作偏差、操作者操作不规范为改善重点。运用鱼骨图进行原因分析,采用5-3-1评价法评选要因,通过"三现"查验,选定咬嘴设计不当、机械臂固定不牢固、无多样化的宣教方式、护士未接受规范化培训、无标准化操作流程为真因。据此,多方拟定对策,从宣教、流程、设备等方面改进。结果肺功能检查结果达标率从68.48%提升至93.48%。结论开展品管圈活动完善了肺功能检查流程,提高了肺功能检查达标率,有效地缩短了慢性呼吸系统疾病患者确诊时间,提高了患者满意度。Objective To improve the compliance rate of lung function test results. Methods Through process analysis and data statistics,it was considered that the patient's movement deviation and operator's nonstandard operation were key issues for improvement.The fishbone map was used for causal analysis,and the 5-3-1 evaluation method was used to select factors.Through the“three currents”examination,it was considered that real reasons included the improper design of the mouthpiece,the not firmly fixed robotic arm,no diversity missionary methods,the nurses not receiving standard training,and no standard operating procedure.Based on this,various parties formulated countermeasures and improved from education,processes,equipment and etc. Results The compliance rate of lung function test results increased from 68.48%to 93.48%. Conclusion The QCC activity improved the lung function examination process,increase the compliance rate of lung function test,effectively shorten the diagnosis time of patients with chronic respiratory diseases,and improve patient satisfaction.
