摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展和人们生活质量的提高,我国畜禽养殖业迅速崛起,随之而来的畜禽养殖污染也成为社会关注的焦点,畜禽粪便及其他废弃物产量不断增加,超过了生态环境的承载能力。本文研究了畜禽养殖污染问题及其防控政策,从政府和养殖户两个角度分析了畜禽养殖污染问题的防治措施,充分发挥政府和养殖户在畜禽养殖污染防治中的不同作用,使畜禽养殖走绿色、环保、可持续发展的道路。With the continuous development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living quality,the rapid rise of livestock and poultry is breeding in China,the attendant pollution of livestock and poultry has become the focus of social concern,livestock manure and other waste production has increased,and it exceeds the carrying capacity of the ecological environment.Therefore,this paper studies the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding and its prevention and control policies,from the government and farmers two points of view on the prevention and treatment of livestock and poultry breeding pollution.This paper give full play to the government and farmers in the livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention and treatment of different role,and make livestock and poultry breeding green,environmental protection,sustainable development of the road.
