摘  要:应用《水质总氮的测定碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》(HJ 636-2012)测定水中总氮时,空白吸光度常常偏高。通过长时间的实践研究,对该方法测定总氮过程中各种影响因素进行识别,指出该方法中未提到的需注意的关键问题,并提出将方法中消解时间延长的优化建议。When the total nitrogen in water was determined by the application of Water Quality Determination of Total Nitrogen by Alkaline Persulfate Digestion UV Spectrophotometry(HJ 636-2012),the blank absorbance was often high.Through long-term practical research,the influencing factors in the determination of total nitrogen in this method were identified,the key issues that were not mentioned in this method were pointed out,and the optimization suggestions for prolonging the digestion time in the method were proposed.
