摘　　要：电解铜剥片机组在生产过程中经常发生异常跳电故障,如气路故障,传感器故障,通讯故障等,严重影响到电解铜的生产产量与质量。通过分析剥片机组发生的各种异常跳电故障与提出的相应的改进措施,研究出最合理的改进方案,确保设备持续运行,延长设备使用寿命,满足工艺生产需要。During the production process of electrolytic copper stripping unit,abnormal power jumping faults often occur,such as air fault,sensor fault,communication fault,etc.which seriously affect the production output and quality of electrolytic copper.Through the analysis of the various abnormal jump of happened splittings units electrical failure and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,work out the most reasonable improvement scheme,to ensure the continuous,prolong the service life of equipment,meet the needs of the production process.
