摘  要:铌元素是钢铁工业生产中十分重要的一种合金元素,储量丰富、价格低廉,因此有十分广阔的应用前景。本文对45号钢不含铌元素的试样1和含有铌元素的试样2分别进行了测定实验。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和透射电镜等材料检测仪器。结果表明:铌元素的加入使中碳钢奥氏体晶粒得到细化,改善了耐磨性。Niobium element is an important alloy element in iron and steel industry.It has rich reserves and low price.In this paper,the determination experiments of sample 1 and sample 2 containing niobium elements in no.45 steel were carried out respectively.Materials detection instruments such as optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used.The results showed that the addition of niobium element refined the austenite grains of medium carbon steel and improved the wear resistance.
