摘 要:目前,电厂内各个机组输灰系统独立设置、同步输灰,通过对我厂两台机组输灰系统逻辑进行优化,由两台机组同步输灰模式调整为顺序输灰模式,从而减少单台机组输灰时间、减少输灰系统耗气量,降低输灰空压机耗电量,从而达到节能降耗的目的。At present,the ash-conveying system of each unit in the power plant is set up independently and the ash is conveyed synchronously.Through to the optimization of the ash-conveying system logic of two units in our plant,the mode of the synchronous ash-conveying of two units is adjusted to the sequential ash transportation mode,thus reducing the single unit ash convey time,reduce the ash-conveying system air consumption,reduce the ash air compressor power consumption,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
