摘 要:地下铝土矿山生产过程中不可避免的会遇到采场矿体长度超过电耙能达到的耙矿长度的具体情况,这就要对采场进行分段处理,在每个分段矿体范围内电耙的作业长度才能够满足生产需要。但是在布置上部采场时,如果下部采场已经回采完毕,则会出现电耙硐室和采空区贯通的情况,不利于安全生产。本文结合设计资料,根据现场实际,对如何解决这一难题,做出较全面科学的论述。In the process of producing bauxite,it is inevitable that the length of the ore body of the stope exceeds the length of the rake which can be reached by the electric rake.It is necessary to subsection the stope,and the operation length of the electric harrow can meet the production needs within the range of each subsection orebody.However,when the upper stope is arranged,if the lower stope has been completed,there will be a connection between the electric rake chamber and the mined out area,which is not conducive to safe production.Based on the design data and according to the actual situation,this paper makes a more comprehensive and scientific discussion on how to solve this problem.
