摘　　要：某厂ECS后台系统及微机保护装置于2006年正式投运,使用至今已有10年,其部件均存在不同程度的绝缘老化现象,经研究进行停电改造。改造过程中原来的ECS监控系统保持不变,与北京四方新增后台监控系统将同时运行,待改造工作全部完成后进行验收,全部改造工作完成并验收合格后将原ECS系统拆除。The ECS background system and the microcomputer protection device in a factory have been formally put into operation in 2006.It has been used for 10 years now.All the components have different degrees of insulation aging.This ECS system is reformed to power outage.In the process of transformation,the original ECS monitoring system remains unchanged,and the new background monitoring system in Beijing will run at the same time.After all the renovation work has been completed,the original ECS system will be dismantled.
