记忆的河流·绿色的希望——永安后溪河景观规划设计解读

摘　　要：后溪河绵延数公里,河道的形成和演变与城市发展密不可分,它承载着永安的发展历程和地域特色,在三明城市内河中具有典型性和代表性。近年来,由于受到城市扩张的挤占和冲击,同时缺乏系统的整体规划,后溪河未能体现出具有地域特征的文化特色。着眼于永安绿地系统规划的整体开发建设,针对后溪河两岸特有的景观特征,从场所的现状问题、自然特征、地方文化、生活记忆诸方面入手,提出生态治理与文化重塑并举、多主题分区布局的城市内河规划策略,探讨后溪河景观规划的可行性。Houxi River stretches for several kilometers,formation and evolution of its waterway is closely connected with development of the city,it witnesses overall development of Yong’an City and reveals the regional features,it acts as the typical representative of inland rivers in Sanming City.However,Houxi River is unable to reveal its regional cultural features under influence of expansion of the city and lack of a systematic and overall planning during recent years.This thesis values on both ecological improvement and cultural representation,provides a strategy of planning layouts of urban inland rivers according to multiple themes and different regions and discusses all practicable planning of landscape along Houxi River based on the unique features of landscape along both sides of Houxi River and other factors including its location,natural features,local culture and people’s memory of lifestyle with purpose of overall development and construction of forestation system planning in Yong’an City.
