乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪对降低剖宫产率的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪对于降低剖宫产率的临床意义。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年5月在我院妇产科进行分娩的初产妇262例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组行乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪镇痛,对照组不采取镇痛措施。统计并比较2组产妇产程情况、产后出血量、分娩方式、分娩疼痛程度及新生儿情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组产妇的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均显著缩短(P<0.05);观察组产妇疼痛程度显著降低(P<0.05);观察组产妇阴道顺产率显著升高,剖宫产率显著降低(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后出血量显著降低(P<0.05)。对于新生儿Apgar评分,2组新生儿间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乐蓓尔分娩镇痛仪的使用可有效缩短产程,减少产后出血,减轻分娩疼痛,显著降低剖宫产率,可在临床广泛应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Le Beier analgesia apparatus on reducing the rate of cesarean section.Methods:A total of 262 cases of primipara were selected from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from Mar 2016 to May 2017,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with Le Beier analgesia apparatus,while the control group did not take measures of analgesia.The duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,mode of delivery,the degree of labor pain and Apgar score of newborn were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the time of the first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were significantly shortened(P<0.05),the degree of pain and postpartum hemorrhage significantly decreased(P<0.05),the rate of vaginal delivery was significantly higher and the rate of cesarean section was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).For Apgar score of newborn,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Le Beier analgesia apparatus can effectively shorten the labor time,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,relieve pain of labor,and significantly reduce the rate of cesarean section,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
