摘 要:目的:探讨婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染发作与25-羟基维生素D(25-(OH)D)水平的相关性。方法:选择我院2015年2月至2017年5月收治的反复呼吸道感染婴幼儿73例为观察组,另选择同期体检健康婴幼儿70例为对照组,采用电化学发光法检测2组血清25-(OH)D水平,对25-(OH)D水平与反复呼吸道感染发作的相关性进行分析。给予维生素D缺乏、维生素D不足患儿,补充维生素D治疗后,比较维生素D缺乏、维生素D不足、维生素D正常患儿的6个月呼吸道感染发作次数。结果:观察组25-(OH)D水平与对照组相比明显较低(P<0.01);Pearson相关性分析显示,血清25-(OH)D水平与婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染呈负相关(r=-0.785,P<0.05)。维生素D缺乏及不足患儿呼吸道感染发作次数仍高于维生素D正常患儿(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染与25-(OH)D水平呈负相关,维生素D缺乏或不足参与反复呼吸道感染发生及发展过程。Objective:To investigate the correlation between recurrent respiratory tract infection and 25-(OH)D levels in infants.Methods:A total of 73 infants with recurrent respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from Feb 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the observation group,other 70 healthy infants with physical examination in the same period were selected as control group.The levels of serum 25-(OH)D in the 2 groups were detected by electrochemiluminescence,and the correlation between the levels of 25-(OH)D and recurrent respiratory tract infection was analyzed.After supplementation of vitamin D for children with vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D insufficiency,the incidence of respiratory tract infection in 6 months in children with vitamin D deficiency,vitamin D insufficiency and normal vitamin D were compared.Results:The serum 25-(OH)D level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was negative correlation between 25-(OH)D levels and recurrent respiratory tract infection in infants(r=-0.785,P<0.05).The incidence of respiratory tract infection in children with vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency was significantly higher than that in children with normal vitamin D after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are negative correlation between 25-(OH)D levels and recurrent respiratory tract infection,and Vitamin D lack deficiency or insufficiency is involved in the occurrence and development of recurrent respiratory tract infection in infants.
