中心静脉导管胸腔引流术在胸腔积液治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中心静脉导管胸腔引流术在胸腔积液治疗中的效果。方法:选择我院2012年1月至2017年6月收治的胸腔积液患者70例为研究对象,按照入组奇偶顺序进行分组,奇数为对照组,偶数为研究组,各35例。对照组患者接受传统胸腔穿刺术治疗,研究组患者则接受中心静脉导管胸腔引流术治疗,对2组患者总引流量、操作时间、一次操作成功率、积液吸收时间、住院时间、引流期间并发症情况等进行统计学分析、比较。结果:2组患者在总引流量上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者操作时间明显短于对照组,一次操作成功率明显高于对照组,积液吸收时间明显短于对照组,住院时间明显少于对照组,而引流期间并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腔积液治疗中实施中心静脉导管胸腔引流术治疗可以明显提高一次操作成功率,而且减少操作时间、积液吸收时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得借鉴。Objective:To investigate the effect of central venous catheters drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion.Methods:A total of 70 patients with pleural effusion treated in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jun 2017 were enrolled in this study,and grouped according to the odd-even sequence.The odd number was the control group,and the even number was the study group,each group of 35 patients.The control group was treated with traditional thoracic puncture,while the study group was treated with central venous catheters drainage.The total drainage volume,operation time,one-time operation success rate,pleural effusion absorption time,hospitalization time,and intraoperative complications were comparatively analyzed between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in total drainage volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,pleural effusion absorption time,and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The one-time operation success rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of central venous catheters drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion can significantly increase the success rate of one operation and reduce the operation time,the effusion absorption time,the hospitalization time and the incidence of complications.
