益生菌对肠道健康的功效及其作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：益生菌是指定植于宿主肠道或生殖系统内,能够改善宿主菌群平衡,产生确切健康功效,发挥有益作用的活性微生物,具有改善肠道微生态菌群平衡、促进有益菌生长、抑制病原菌生长、增强免疫力等作用。目前,我国肠道疾病发病率的趋势正逐年上升,益生菌治疗肠道疾病具有广阔的前景。本文对益生菌和肠道疾病之间的关系及相关机制进行了综述。Probiotics are live microorganisms that are claimed to provide health benefits when consumed.Probiotics can improve the balance of intestinal bacteria,promote the growth of beneficial bacteria,inhibit the growth of pathogen,and enhance specific and non-specific immunity.At present,the incidence of intestinal diseases in China is increasing,and probiotics have broad prospects for the treatment of intestinal diseases.This paper summerizes the effects of probiotics on intestinal diseases and their mechanisms.
