摘　　要：目的:探讨深部乳腺脓肿患者在超声引导下行EnCor微创旋切引流术治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年9月医院收治的深部乳腺脓肿患者40例为研究对象,根据患者手术方式分为微创组(EnCor微创旋切引流术,23例)和传统组(传统切开引流术,17例),比较两组患者拔除引流管时间、切口长度、术后24 h疼痛、住院时间、疗效及并发症发生率。结果:微创组患者拔除引流管时间、切口长度、术后24 h疼痛、住院时间均低于传统组(P<0.05);微创组患者疗效优于传统组(100.00%vs.82.35%,P<0.05);微创组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(8.70%vs.41.18%,P<0.05)。结论:深部乳腺脓肿患者在超声引导下行EnCor微创旋切引流术治疗可显著减轻创伤和疼痛、缩短患者术后康复时间,具有显著临床疗效和治疗安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of EnCor minimally invasive resection guided by ultrasound on patients with deep mammary gland abscess.Methods:40 case of deep breast abscess patients in our hospital during Jan.2017~Spt.2017 were selected as study objects and according to the patient's surgical approach divided into minimally invasive group(EnCor minimally invasive drainage,23 cases)and traditional group(traditional incision and drainage,17 cases).The time of removal of drainage tube,length of incision,24 hours postoperative pain,hospitalization time,curative effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of removal of drainage tube,incision length,24 hours postoperative pain and hospital stay were significantly lower in the minimally invasive group than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The efficacy in the minimally invasive group was significantly better than that in the traditional group(100.00%vs.82.35%,P<0.05).The incidence of complication was significantly lower in the minimally invasive group than that in the traditional group(8.70%vs.41.18%,P<0.05).Conclusion:EnCor minimally invasive resection under ultrasound guidance in patients with deep mammary gland abscess can significantly reduce the trauma and pain and shorten the patient's postoperative rehabilitation time,with significant clinical efficacy and treatment safety.
