高频超声及超声造影在诊断及鉴别诊断早发性乳腺癌中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探究高频超声及超声造影在早发性乳腺癌诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2013年1月1日至2017年10月1日就诊治疗的86例疑似早发性乳腺癌患者,所有患者均行高频超声及超声造影检查,观察患者的超声声像图特征,并对比手术病理结果,探究高频超声及超声造影的诊断价值。结果:经手术病理证实,86例疑似早发性乳腺癌患者中,共发现早发性乳腺癌43例,包括乳腺浸润性导管癌38例,乳腺导管内癌4例,乳腺黏液癌1例;高频超声及超声造影检出早发性乳腺癌41例(95.35%),超声造影的早发性乳腺癌检出率与手术病理结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高频超声及超声造影在早发性乳腺癌诊断及鉴别诊断中具有重要价值,对于评价乳腺癌病情及评估患者预后有积极意义。Objective:To explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early-onset breast cancer.Methods:86 patients with suspected early-onset breast cancer treated from 1st.January,2013 to 1st.October,2017 were chosen and were examined by high frequency ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound,with the sonographic features of the patients observed,the results of surgical pathology compared,and the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound explored.Results:It was confirmed by surgical pathology that 43 cases of early-onset breast cancer were found in 86 patients with suspected early-onset breast cancer,including 38 cases of invasive ductal breast carcinoma,4 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ,1 case of mucinous breast carcinoma;41 cases(95.35%)of early-onset breast cancer were detected by the high frequency ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound,and there was no significant difference in the detection rate of early-onset breast cancer and the results of surgical pathology in contrast enhanced ultrasound(P>0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound are of important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early-onset breast cancer,which is significant in evaluating the condition of breast cancer and the prognosis of the patients.
