悬吊运动疗法联合替扎尼定治疗颈源性头痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察悬吊运动疗法结合替扎尼定对颈源性头痛的治疗作用。方法:56例颈源性头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组(每组28例),对照组患者进行悬吊运动疗法,1次/d;观察组患者在进行悬吊运动疗法1次/d的基础上,加用盐酸替扎尼定片2 mg口服,2次/d,疗程为14 d,分别评估治疗前、治疗第3 d、7 d、14 d疗效及VAS评分。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗第3 d、7 d、14 d的VAS评分改善(P<0.05),总显效率提升(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊运动疗法结合替扎尼定口服对颈源性头痛有更加良好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the curative effect of sling exercise therapy combined with tizanidine on cervicogenic headache.Methods:56 cases of cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=28).The control group were treated with sling exercise therapy once a day while the observation group were treated with sling exercise therapy once a day combined with tizanidine hydrochloride tablets 2mg orally twice a day for a course of treatment(14 days),with the curative effect and VAS observed before treatment and after treatment on Day3,Day7 and D14.Results:Compared with the control group,VAS of the observation group was significantly improved after treatment on D3,D7 and D14(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sling exercise therapy combined with tizanidine has a better clinical curative effect.
