摘　　要：清朝康熙后期,内忧外患逐渐平定,清廷出于政治需要,在位于当时热河西南方的喀喇河屯派兵驻防,随着热河这一地方的政治地位不断上升,作为热河八旗驻防地之一的喀喇河屯也逐渐受到清帝的重视。During the late Kangxi’s regime of the Qing Dynasty,the imperial government gradually solved the problems of domestic troubles and foreign invasion.For political reasons,government garrisoned in Khara River Tuen to the southwest of the Jehol.Along with the rising of Jehol’s political status,Khara River Tuen gradually gets the attention of the Qing government as one of the Eight Banners garrison in Jehol.
