摘 要:小电流接地选线技术作为单相接地故障隔离的有效技术手段,备受关注,但实际应用中,因小电流接地选线装置存在选线依据不充分、功能不完善等因素,其选线准确性不高,应用效果不太理想。具有集成轮切功能的小电流接地选线设计方案,通过动态加权选线与自动轮切功能的有机配合,可有选择性、按顺序地进行线路跳闸,能减少人工参与程度,减轻或缓解运行人员工作压力,有效提高故障隔离效率;能缩短配电网线路单相故障接地运行时间,有效减少配电网线路接地故障未及时切除引发的人身安全隐患。In non-effectively grounded system,the ground fault line detection technology is an effective technical means for single-phase ground fault isolation,which has attracted much attention.However,in practical applications,due to factors such as insuffiecient selection criterion pinciples and poor function,the line seection accuracy is not high and the application effect is not as good as expected.The proposed design scheme of ground fault line detection can selectively and sequentially perform line trip through the dynamic weighed line selection and automatic sequential cutting function,which can reduce manual participation,reduce or alleviate operating personnel work pressure and consequently improve the efficiency of fault isolation.Besides,the proposed scheme can shorten the running time of single-phase ground fault and effectively reduce the hidden personal safety risk.
