多种电价形式和负荷类型下售电公司的定价策略

摘　　要：售电公司作为新型电力市场的主体,定价决策是其运营的核心问题。多种负荷类型和多种电价形式下的售电公司如何制定合理的价格是一个值得研究的问题。根据电力行业主要负荷构成,把售电公司代理的负荷类型分为工业、商业、居民3种,根据这3种类型负荷的用电特性,并依据更加多元化的电价制度的改革要求,分别采用高可靠性、实时和阶梯的多种电价制度;考虑售电公司的发展路径,计入各类用户对电价的需求响应,建立售电公司和各类用户的经济效益模型。利用遗传算法在Pareto前沿解中寻找售电公司和各类用户经济效益多目标函数的折中解,从而确定3种形式电价的最优值。分析了合同电量比例、长短期市场电价对售电公司定价和利润的影响。As the main body of new electric power market,the pricing decision is a core problem of power-retailing company’s operation.How to formulate reasonable prices for power-retailing company under various load types and multiple price forms is a problem worth studying.According to the main load composition of the power industry,the load is divided into three types:industry,commerce,and residents.According to the electricity consumption characteristics of these three types of loads,and based on the reform requirements of a more diversified electricity prices system with high reliability price,real time price,and ladder price are adopted respectively.Considering the development pathway of the power-retailing company and taking the demand response of various users into account,this paper establishes the economic benefit model of the power-retailing company and all kinds of users.Using genetic algorithm to find the compromise solution in the Pareto front solution of the multi-objective function of power-retailing company and users’economic benefit,the optimal value of the three forms of electricity price is determined.This paper analyzes the influence of the contract power ratio,long-term and short-term market electricity price and the elastic coefficient on the pricing and profit of the power-retailing company.
