皮下置管引流及切口预置抗菌薇乔线延期缝合预防腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮下置管引流、切口预置抗菌薇乔线延期缝合联合应用对腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染的预防效果。方法:收治腹部Ⅲ类手术切口患者120例,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予切口预置抗菌薇乔线延期缝合处理,研究组给予皮下置管引流、切口预置抗菌薇乔线延期缝合处理。比较两组患者住院时间、术后切口感染发生率。结果:研究组住院时间、术后切口感染发生率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮下置管引流、切口预置抗菌薇乔线延期缝合联合预防腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染效果显著,可减少住院时间,降低术后切口感染发生率。Objective:To explore the preventive effect of subcutaneous tube drainage and incisional preset antibiotic Weiqiao line for delayed suture to prevent the incision infection in abdominal typeⅢsurgical incision.Methods:120 cases of patients with abdominal typeⅢsurgical incision were divided into two groups randomly,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given the delayed suture of incisional preset antibiotic Weiqiao line,the research group was given the subcutaneous tube drainage and incisional preset antibiotic Weiqiao line for delayed suture,the time of hospitalization and the incidence of postoperative infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of hospitalization and the incidence of incision infection in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Subcutaneous tube drainage and incisional preset antibiotic Weiqiao line for delayed suture to prevent the incision infection in abdominal typeⅢsurgical incision had significant effect,which could reduce the time of hospitalization and reduce the incidence of postoperative infection.
