恩替卡韦联合护肝片对慢性乙型肝炎治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨恩替卡韦联合护肝片对慢性乙型肝炎的治疗效果。方法:收治慢性乙型肝炎患者100例,随机分为两组。观察组给予恩替卡韦联合护肝片治疗,对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗。比较两组HBV DNA阴转率、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组HBV DNA阴转率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦联合护肝片能够提高慢性乙型肝炎HBV DNA阴转率,显著改善肝功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of entecavir combined with liver protecting tablets in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:100 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was treated with entecavir combined with liver protecting tablets,and the control group was treated with entecavir,and the negative transfer rate of HBV DNA,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,aspartate aminotransferase and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the negative transfer rate of HBV DNA in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average value of glutamic pyruvic transaminase,aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir combined with liver protecting tablets could improve the negative transfer rate of HBV DNA in chronic hepatitis B and improve the liver function significantly.
